2)d) There was a gallon-size plastic bag with toys stored in it in an unsecured cabinet at child level in the smaller classroom. 3)c) There were two toy dump trucks in the outdoor play area that had sharp holes worn in the plastic that a child could get their fingers stuck or pinched in.
